In Ukraine the market is directed the expensive nichromes. There are a lot of causes of it. It is significant, that native CrAL alloys have unstable properties, corrosion destruction, manifestations of creep factors, deflection at high temperatures. So russian consumers of heating alloys use expensive alloys with high nickel content Cr20Ni80 and Cr15Ni60, having the best characteristics in comparison with native fechrals.The other problem, the consumer hasn't confidence in similar high-quality foreign heating alloys, efter using russian fechrals.

Typical chemical composition,Pysical and mechanical properties of most popular heating alloys are in the table 1 and 2.

New fabrication method provide for uniform fechral structure, uniformity of protective oxide covering and adhesion to the surface by virtue high-precision micro-doping, silicon,manganese, zirconium. In comparison with temper reducing to <0,03% is garantees high ductility of this alloys, absence of high temperature corrosion resistance, high creep strength, and also oxide stability. Fechral have high corrosion and oxidative resistance in different industrial, serve environments. Fechrals designed chloride and slot corrosion, chloride corrosion craking, called as organic acids so corrosive agents. Nickel content alloys don't use in protective СО-content atmosphere at 800-950 °C.
