Fields of applications:
Used in the high temperatures electric furnaces, firing furnaces and fire drying furnaces, different electric thermal action apparatus and for producing resistive elements.
Electric heating of the furnaces are for all branches of industry, household appliances with working temperature 1100-1200 °C. Used in high temperature electric furnaces, firing and fire drying furnaces, different electric heaters having enhanced, creep resistance, ductility, (including after long exploitation), stability of the form and increased term of exploitation.
Technical information.
Cold drawn wire is produced from the alloy Cr15Ni60 grade is produced in soft heat-treated position diameter 0.1- 10 mm according to the standard GOST 12766.1-90.
We can supply shaped and rolled section according to GOST 12766.4 – 90, calibrated bar according to GOST 12766.3 – 90, strip according to GOST 12766.2 – 90 and GOST 12766.5 – 90 and wire according to GOST 12766.1 – 90.
Chemical composition of alloy Cr15Ni60 should be according to GOST 10994 – 74.
